Herkimer County HealthNet is sponsoring a free health and wellness series open to anyone interested in living a healthier more fulfilled and balanced life. Registered Dietitian Crystal Hein will be the speaker at the monthly program scheduled to run from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in room No. 295 at Herkimer College, 100 Reservoir Road.
